Our WisePad Reader allows you to process Interac Debit Cards in Canada, Apple/Google Pay, Tap-To-Pay, as well as Credit Cards. If you are a Canadian Touring Artist or Venue/Festival, with an active, Canadian verified atVenu Register account, please reach out to us to discuss placing a custom order at support@atVenu.com

Requirements and Restrictions: WisePad works only with Canadian bank accounts. If you have a US bank account, you cannot use the WisePad Reader. WisePad works only in Canada and can only be shipped to Canadian addresses.

WisePad pairs to the atVenu Register app via Bluetooth. A stable internet connection is required to initially pair the WisePad Reader to the atVenu Register app. Once paired, WisePad will work offline as long as Offline Mode is enabled under Register Settings for the account.
